eingaing reubengasse 2. Today after a long silence I found time, inspitarion and space to write about food and enjoying company and food. I was at the Tancredi in Wien. This was the recommendationd Werner Horn to end our meeeting.

We had an extraordinary chef's menu recommendation. With a wis combination of local wines. Austria is a wine country. To start with we have a withe moscatel: a must. I have to mention a white fish tartar with chili, ginger and corandier (an evocation to peruvian ceviche). Also, the honey with truffles and cheese.

I like to be able to recommend every day a place like this!
