• The Spice Route The Imperial, New Delhi. India. This was the great discovery of this first trip to India. We were twice, in 5 days, for dinner. The selections of curries from 5 regions is splendid but nothing compared when they are served in your table. we tried in total 6 different curries. I have to return fort the taster's menu. Price for the food is very reasonable. Notice the exaggerated overprice and taxes on wines. Make your reservation, they have only two turns by night
