The first person ever talked to about this restaurant was Isidre Busqué. I was there two days ago with Mateo Valero and other friends.

We discover this cosy wine boutique wandering around in Palma. The have wine, tapas and a short list of dishes: Simple and Elegant. A nice market cuisine and slow food place. They offer a formula of 3 tapas to be chosen among 6. They close on Sunday.

This nice restaurant and lounge was a contribution of Helena Martínez. Nicely located facing the marina in Palma de Mallorca Bay. The food has an excellent quality and the daily menu is worth to try. Koldo Royo

An inspiring experience. Yesterday, in Mallorca, we were there for dinner. Helena Martinez suggested this 1 Michelin start restaurant. It is a cosy and lovely place. They had two ambiances and different taster menus. We were at the bistrot and the daily menu which was just perfect.

Hudson Loftrestaurant & Club

This is a surprising contribution by Kerstin Schill during my visit to Bremen. This place with a magnificent view , interesting spaces is located in a new developing area of Bremen. We had a fixed menu but level was very high.
