This last week I was visiting
México and I returned to
Litoral a restaurant that remained in my
imaginarium for almost 10 years. I was there with Ricardo Swain, Luis
Trejo and
Aurélie Pancera. Luis' wine selection was a very reasonable
Santo Tomas ÚNICO. The dishes had change since but the level of creativity and quality still high. Menu is centered on shellfish and fish.
This was the original entrance:
Litoral,
Tamaulipas 55. Col.
Condesa, 06100.
México D.F. Tel +52 52862025. Surprising. The Salmon on Oaxaca's black mole is outstanding. U2 shrimps. They a very reasonable list of
Mexican wines served by
el club del vino at good prices. I was there with Claudia Gonzalez.
