• L'Assemblage. Place Sainte-Claire, 38000 Grenoble. Telephone: +33 4 76 15 39 31. A cosy and trendy wine bar. It is ideal to have an apero. An splendid selection of wines, champagnes and whiskies. You can cold delicatessen dishes to be served with wine. If you are in town just give it a try. For the record, I tried a dry rose. Just perfect

Monvínic

• Monvinic c/Diputació 249. Barcelona 08007. Tel +34 932 726 187. This was another contribution by Helena Martínez. It is just the appropriate place for wine lovers. The food is also something to remember: high quality materials with little intervention to get the best of flavours and textures. The prices are appropriate. They have around 4000wine references. Still the tables are not the mos appropriate for an intimate lunch or dinner. They a room for parties of 10 and more. Make your reservation.

• Georges Five 5, 32 rue de Boeuf. 69005 Lyon. Tel +33 4 78370896. This a small corner of paradise for wine lovers. Impressive selection. Reasonable prices. It closes on Mondays. It opens at 18:00 and closes late, very late. Make your reservation.

We discover this cosy wine boutique wandering around in Palma. The have wine, tapas and a short list of dishes: Simple and Elegant. A nice market cuisine and slow food place. They offer a formula of 3 tapas to be chosen among 6. They close on Sunday.

In Granada I was visiting, this time, some splendid restaurants.

The materials are also first class, good cellar and a very adjusted price. Traditional Granda dishes. A contribution by Alberto Prieto.
  

Obikà

Obikà. Via dei Prefetti 28. Roma. Tel +39066832630. This was one of the discoveries of this summer. I was there with Helena Martínez and Atia Cortés. They offer different varieties of Mozzarella di Bufala ( Campana DOP). I recommend the selections that they offer. They have a nice selection of Italian wines. Good prices. They have a nice happy hour at 18:00. They are open everyday from noon to 23:30.

Litoral

This last week I was visiting México and I returned to Litoral a restaurant that remained in my imaginarium for almost 10 years. I was there with Ricardo Swain, Luis Trejo and Aurélie Pancera. Luis' wine selection was a very reasonable Santo Tomas ÚNICO. The dishes had change since but the level of creativity and quality still high. Menu is centered on shellfish and fish.
