Pujol is reputed to be one of the best restaurants in Mexico. It is interesting and creative. I found my last visit much improved from previous visits in that flavors were very subtle and combinations made actual sense. They have a large selection of wines. Although the food and service is excellent, I do not care for the decor, since although appropriately minimalist, its being small and having no windows makes me slightly claustrophobic. Overall though, we had a very good time.

You can cold delicatessen dishes to be served with wine. If you are in town just give it a try. For the record, I tried a dry rose. Just perfect

We decided to taste a selection of first and second courses that were just splendid. The relation price quality is very reasonable. The list of desserts a temptation. Make your reservation.
