• Ristor Arte il Margutta. Via Margutta, 118. Roma 00817. Tel +39 0632650577. A great Vegetarian in Rome. I prefer to go there by night to have the chance to choice. At midday the offer only a buffet.
  

Pompi

• Pompi. Via Albalonga, 7b/9/11 00183 Roma (Near Piazza Re di Roma). This is on of those places that only natives with a taste know. I came there few years ago invited by Roberta Annicchiarico. They have a superb tiramisù and also have a great aperitif hour in the afternoon. It is always crowed but it deserves the try. It is closed on Monday and the open from 06:30 to 01:30 AM.

I just returned last Saturday and had a round dinner. I love Danniele's personal assistance during the selection phase. He knows all the dishes by-heart.

This is one of my favourite places in Rome. It has almost everything you can ask for a restaurant. A good manager, a good chef, a selected cellar, it is busy but not overcrowded and arelation of quality and price which is excellent. I have been here many times but for an unknown reason I kept the secret for me. This an excellent contribution by Roberta Annicchiarico.

Obikà

Obikà. Via dei Prefetti 28. Roma. Tel +39066832630. This was one of the discoveries of this summer. I was there with Helena Martínez and Atia Cortés. They offer different varieties of Mozzarella di Bufala ( Campana DOP). I recommend the selections that they offer. They have a nice selection of Italian wines. Good prices. They have a nice happy hour at 18:00. They are open everyday from noon to 23:30.

Antica Locanda lo Specchio di Diana

In june of this year I returned to this great place to eat. We discovered the pizza tartufata that is a must. I also recommend the Fragoline di bosco al naturale. This is the original post.

Al Volt

One of the discoveries this summer was this small restaurant in Riva del Garda. I tried a menu based on fish from the lake. Tradicional Italian cuisine with some interesting innovations. If you are in the area deserves the visit. Last visit August 2006.
